These Terms govern the purchase of Access NFTs from Neutaro Distribution Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing an NFT through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

Access NFTs—GeoCore Founder, Synaptron Founder, Guardian Standard, and Collector Standard—are utility-based digital assets issued on the Neutaro (Cosmos-based) blockchain. These NFTs provide access to operate a node within the Timpi decentralized network.

These NFTs are not securities or investment contracts. They do not provide any right to ownership, equity, or profit-sharing. Rewards in NTMPI tokens are earned solely through active contribution to the network.

All NFTs are currently non-transferable until a marketplace is launched. Sales are final and non-refundable.

Buyers must provide an accurate wallet address and email. Participation is limited to individuals not located in restricted jurisdictions.

Access NFTs are utility assets. They do not guarantee profits, income, or passive rewards. Blockchain-based systems carry risks such as smart contract errors, regulatory changes, and technical failures.

We currently follow a light KYC framework and collect email, wallet address, and country/region. Access is blocked from sanctioned jurisdictions including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea. We may revoke access or blacklist wallets found to violate these conditions.

U.S. residents may participate, provided they acknowledge these terms and agree to compliance responsibilities.

- Wallet address
